Shipping Information to the U.S. and Canada (RATES TO THE U.S. & CANADA ARE THE SAME) can be found in the checkout section of "My Cart".  Shipping is automatically calculated for you based on the amount of your order.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Mack's Lure. We gladly welcome returns due to an error on our part or a manufacturer’s defect only. Call customer service at 509-667-9202 and we will ensure your flawed product will be returned to us at no cost to you. Upon receipt of goods we will review the product to determine it meets our return qualifications. Your replacement order will move forward upon qualification and expect redelivery in 10-12 days.

No Returns after 30 Days.

It is important to check the size charts accompanying every product for manufacturer differences. If you are in need of a different size or color, or just didn't like the product, please do not hesitate to call us at (509) 667-9202.  We will assist you in the return of your order.  It is our pleasure to continue to be able to offer you an unparalleled selection of lures and fishing accessories.

TAXES

www.mackslure.com charges taxes for any state (currently just WA.) in which it has a physical presence. The current Tax rate for such states will apply. No sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have no physical presence. Other taxes may apply to countries outside the US.
